Stupid is as Whoopi Does
Yesterday, the replacement for Rosie O’ Dumb*ss made her triumphant debut on the much derided television show (and on-air Chicken-coop) “The View” when none other than Whoopi Goldberg showed up and (surprise) defended PETA poster-boy and contender for “stupidest person on earth” Michael Vick. I must tell you that I didn’t watch her debut, primarily because I was doing some shameless profit building exercises and just didn’t have time for it. The review of the show was disgusting enough.
For those of you who have otherwise been under a rock, Michael Vick is the Atlanta Falcon who pretty much ran a dog-fighting ring resulting in criminal charges and the suspension of the idiot from the NFL. Vick really didn’t see the problem everyone was having with his allowing two dogs to savagely rip each other apart for the amusement of others, thus the conversation yesterday in the henhouse.
The first highlight from the woman who magically combines the idiocy of Star Jones with the lunacy of Rosie:
Goldberg said that "from where he comes from" in the South, dogfighting isn't that unusual
"It's like cockfighting in Puerto Rico," she said. "There are certain things that are indicative to certain parts of the country."
You can’t be serious. So basically what this liberal dimwit is saying is “Well, depending on where you are in the country, barbaric and even despicable acts may be acceptable because it’s just what they do”. I guess by this rationale, Ms. Goldberg could also explain away the shootings in American Inner Cities, and even condone acts committed by fellow lib Robert “Sheets” Byrd while a member of the KKK. All you’d need to do to make that fit is substitute “cross-burning” for the word dogfighting.
Bear in mind she is part of the same bunch that would bankrupt a company employing hundreds of people on the off chance that their merciless, obscene profit making activities MIGHT just offend a spotted owl or a snail darter.
Moving right along we have this exchange between Whoopi and Joy Behar.
How about dog torture and dog murdering?" Behar asked.
For many people, dogs are sport, Goldberg replied, and it appeared it took awhile for Vick to realize that he was up against serious charges.
"I just thought it was interesting, because it seemed like a light went off in his head when he realized this was something that the entire country didn't appreciate," she said.
When Joy Behar is the voice of reason - Kind of like Dennis Kucinich is now to the Demoocrats - You've got BIG big problems. For many people DOGS are SPORT? The patent stupidity of that statement alone is enough to make my eyes bleed. It appeared that it took awhile for Vick to realize that he was up against serious charges... Because the man is an IDIOT and is morally BANKRUPT and for no other reason is why, and the only person who would defend such a human maggot is another human maggot. And for the record, Whoopi, a light didn't go off in his head - he doesn't have enough intellectual horsepower to turn one on - in fact the two of you couldn't together generate enough brain power to light a single Christmas tree bulb. He only realized the rest of the country found this detestable when he lost his job.
Whoopi Goldberg has earned her space among the glittering monuments to human stupidity, right along with Kathy Griffin and Rosie O’ Dumb*ss.
I wonder if she'd have defended John Elway or Brett Favre with the same willingness to make them a victim and blame it all away had they done this in Cleveland?
